Goggle Earth is one of my favorite Internet playthings. When I used it to view my Opa Locka neighborhood, I was awed by how attractive the area looked from overhead. The large lake-like canal and wooded area surrounding the neighborhood brings to mind the term prime property. Pity that some of the neighbors don't maintain their property. I believe, sooner than later, other groups of people will move in and develop the area. I spent many hours as a boy fishing and crabbing at that canal. It would be a shame to loose it to outsiders.
